24 one-hour individual telephone interviews
24 interviews carried out in February 2021 with TNS holders of complementary health insurance under the Madelin law, open to change without this being due to disappointment.

2 target segments surveyed
12 Artisan-Traders (6 Artisans and 6 Retail Traders) with an annual income between 45,000 and 80,000 euros.
12 Liberal professions (excluding medical fields) with an annual income between 70,000 and 120,000 euros.
