For the first team portrait of the year, Aldijana Hrustic talks to us about herself and her job as a Business Analyst 📣


➡ Aldijana, what do you do Minalea?

I am a business analyst at the Annecy site, working on the auto, motorcycle, EDPM, bicycle, and boat ranges. I analyze the coverage provided by different insurance company policies based on our criteria. I also respond to customer requests when they contact us with comments or questions about the analyses we have performed. 📊


➡ Since when ?

I joined Minalea in September 2024. ☺️


➡ Where do you come from ?

"I graduated in September with a master's degree in Risk and Insurance Management from ESA (École Supérieure d'Assurance). Before joining Minalea, I worked for three years as a work-study student at an insurance brokerage firm called Diot-Siaci. First as a sales representative (the fancy term for “sales assistant”) and then as an engineering representative (I was in charge of fire and malicious damage prevention for clients). 👩‍🎓"
